It's one of my favorite ecchi pics. Not as fap mateiral, but from an artistic perspective. You have to observe it for some minutes to notice all of the little details it has, it's great. The artist is a winrar.

If a posible remake of Final Fantasy VII had THESE graphics, it would be really outstanding.

Wow, very nice model. And very accurate, in many respects. XD Im also still drooling over this. 0_0. Its hard to believe its real-time, look at the facial detail...

However, with regards to a remake im still not convinced it'd be all that great; Square Enix simply dont have the original staff anymore (besides Tetsuya Nomura, who seems set in milking the game to death). If Sakaguchi, Amano, Uematsu, Kitase, Takahashi and Nojima all returned for the project, i think they could pull off a decent remake, but sadly every single one of them has left.
Here are all the titles Square Enix have developed/remade/published since the merger:

-Final Fantasy X-2
-Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles
-Final Fantasy Tactics Advance
-Final Fantasy I+II: Dawn of Souls
-Final Fantasy XI
-Drakengard
-Unlimited Saga
-Musashi: Samurai Legend
-Front Mission 4
-Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories
-Star Ocean: Till the End of Time
-Sword of Mana
-FullMetal Alchemist: And the Broken Angel

There are certainly some decent titles among these, but they dont surpass the quality of Squaresoft's original works (Final Fantasy, Chrono, Xenogears, Brave Fencer Musashi, Vagrant Story, Front Mission 3, Kingdom Hearts, the list goes on...). Their current track record leads me to believe they're not approaching games to tell a decent story anymore, but to make quick cash. Im doubting they can carry over the strengths of the original FFVII to a new platform, however pretty it may look.

Heh... Half world would be creamming their pants if they saw Final Fantasy VII with those graphics... If they really wanted easy cash, the remake/revision/remodelation of Final Fantasy VII would get them loads and loads...

Yeah. I had a hard time today convincing Raij that it was real-time rendering (hence why its a "Tech Demo"), and not a simple FMV. He was quite surprised, and i must admit, im still amazed at the standard.

pretty stupid otherwise if they showed a FMV which just remade the Final Fantasy VII intro. They made the same with PS2, instead of the intro, they showed Rinoa and Squall's dance scene from FFVIII, but there they were alone, now, there is a lot of people. Prerendered scenes has no merit in that meaning. If you're showing up all the stuff, show it all, besides, the lighting model is not as half as accurate as the prerendered scenes can get, so, it simply, is commmon sense.
